Strength (60 minutes) - Our strength session will be an awesome class to join if you are looking to get better at your lifting. Strength and hypertrofie will be our main focus in these sessions.
Conditioning (60 minutes) - Getting into a zone where you work on your cardio and all lifts assisting you to become a fitter individual. A full body workout where you will get it all!
HIIT (45 minutes) - In this High Intensity Interval Training you will get all the bang for your buck. In 45 minutes we will do a full body session which is very rewarding and a lot of fun!
Shape (60 minutes) - A full body workout where the focus is on training the glutes, legs and abs.
Bootcamp (60 minutes) - An outdoor workout at Wilhelima Gasthuis plein, a tough workout for all levels in the outdoors
